Picture Organization

May 19, 2007 |

I am back. I am so sorry. It has been one hectic week. My daughters are done with dance for the summer and now we look to the end of school and give a collective sign of relief. If I have not mentioned before I homeschool our eldest daughter and we are both ready for a break.

Anyway on to the scrapbooking scene, I received a newsletter from one of my favorite scrapbooking gurus. Her name is Tasra Dawson. Her site is Real Women Scrap. I am sure I have mentioned her before, but she is definitely worth mentioning again. If you are not signed up for her newsletter, you should be. She even has her own TV show now.

I thought I would make mention of one thing from her newsletter. It is an e-book she is offering for free. It is about organizing your pictures. It is called Get It Together! How to Organize Your Pictures. I have linked you to it. I hope you check it out. She definitely knows her stuff. She is worth listening to.

So glad you enjoyed the newsletter and are watching the show! I love filming it every week. Check in this Wednesday for a great Father’s Day project! Fun stuff.

Thanks again for the shout-out. Keep scrappin!

I tried checking out the book but the site wouldn’t load for me. Maybe it is not Mac-friendly. I tell you, that BA degree in museum studies has really helped me with the photo organization! I used a modified museum archive numbering system and it works great.
