“To be or not to be…” – William Shakespeare

February 20, 2007 by

I love Mr. Shakespeare. I love that his poetry and plays had such memorable verses to quote. One of the things that makes a great [tag]scrapbook[/tag] page is what you write. Whether that is [tag]journaling[/tag] – telling about what is going on.

Comics (one of my favorite ways) – My daughter was born the same time that the comic “Baby Blues” began. I saved that comic strip for two years, because it seemed like everything Zoe was doing, Bailee was also, and I have pictures to prove it. I let the comic strips do the journaling.

Maybe your pictures state the obvious, so you just name and date them.

Another great option though is using [tag]quotes[/tag]. These can be quotes from famous people or quotes from you.

I found a fun little site tonight that gives you many different quotes. I looked through some and they seem to be from famous people and just your average joe. Some are witty, fun, and definitely reusable. Others I was not as impressed with. But I think this site will really help you, if you are in a jam and cannot think of a quirky witticism. We can’t all be witty, all of the time.

The site is The Scrapbook Quotebook. I hope you find what you are looking for.
