Mother’s Day is almost here so let’s create some amazing scrapbook layouts featuring the Mom’s in our lives. Take photos of yourself or your mom with all the kids and grandkids, snap some pics of Mother’s Day brunch out with the family, serving Mom breakfast in bed, document a Mom to be with some sweet pregnancy photos and any family traditions you have to celebrate Mom. I’ve gathered a wonderful bunch of scrapbook layout ideas that are sure to inspire you to celebrate treasured Mother’s Day moments.
This beautiful mixed media layout has lace, laser cut elements, string, rub-ons, chipboard words and more in soft and subtle shades of greens and yellows. The black and white photos really work well with these soft colors. Take a closer look at the 49th and Market blog.
Michelle created a pretty pattern paper heart stitched around the edges for the background of her adorable layout. In clusters on the sides she added loads of fussy and die cut flowers adding in other little printed elements like a butterfly and sun in the mix along with the sweet black and white photo. Ashley used lopsided rectangles of pattern papers, all stitched on the sides, in rows to create a beautiful and unique background. The colors in the photos reflect the colors in the papers for a nice cohesive design. Take a closer look at The Cherry on Top blog.
This beautiful design has an ombre of colors going from green to yellow to pink made from frames and folded squares of papers, inside some of the folds are photos and journaling for a wonderful interactive layout. I spotted this page on the Scattered Confetti Instagram page.
This fun in the sun page has stitched and inked pinwheels all over the background, with clouds, a hanging banner and clusters of flowers. The three photos are stacked photobooth style with the title over top. Learn how Sophie put it together on the Hip Kit Club blog.
Victoria is sharing 10 different Mother and Daughter layouts she created with a single pattern paper pad, all perfect for Mother’s Day inspiration. This Mom’s Life page is great for an outfit of the day on Mother’s Day with it’s wide border, clusters of flowers and room for journaling. See all her pages over on the Victoria Marie blog.
This darling design is a digital layout with pretty tones of navy blue and yellow with lots of hearts and flowers. Digi pages are so quick and easy to create if you’re short on time. I came across this idea on 01lousmith’s gallery at Scrapbook.com.
This wonderful layout from Tarrah has nice texture and dimension from stitching stickers (nice if you don’t like to sew!), tags tied with string, a round button, popped up photo and title and some stamping for the date. Take a closer peek at the Pretty Little Studio blog.
Here’s a precious page for a new Mom with a cuddle time photo over an offset mat and “bullet point” sentiments with staples. There’s also a subtle texture and words on the background of this digital design. Learn more at the Katie Pertiet Designs blog.
This sweet layout has photos of three generations in black and white for a vintage feel. It’s offset with a dry embossed white background, some blue stitching and flower pattern paper. There’s also white die cut flowers and title too. I saw this layout on the dansoulfine Instagram page.
And lastly this layout is bold and bright with hot pinks and baby blues with beautiful tropical designs for a Mother, Daughter get away. Laser cut flowers and butterflies and an inked chipboard title adds some extra dimension. Learn more at the All About Scrapbooks blog.
