Use your Silhouette Machine and the Silhouette Studio software to make custom decorative tape for the festive season. You’ll need a free dingbat font too, you can find some suggestions here. Maritza at Maritza Lisa explains how to design, print and cut out the tape on sticker paper. Now you can use it to dress up gifts, tags and envelopes! You could even roll them onto small wooden spools to use as stocking stuffers for your crafty and scrappy friends.
With Thanksgiving on the way it’s a wonderful time to take stock of all the things you’re grateful for. You can create journaling or scrapbooking layouts or even create an entire album like Conny did. Her mini album measures 5″ x 5 1/2″ and was made from scratch with chipboard, pattern papers and the One Fall Day collection from Bella Blvd. The cover has layers of pretty Fall papers, a chipboard sentiment and chipboard leaves and flowers, it also ties closed with ribbon.
Inside are beautiful pages with pattern paper backgrounds, more chipboard shapes and phrases with room for a photo and embellishments on each page.
