Tutorial | Cupcake Holder Flowers

Michelle from Elegance and Enchantment shares how she made these delightful peony flowers from cupcake holders and Styrofoam spheres . She followed instructions that she found at Lia Griffith, and made the flowers for her monthly creative challenge. Michelle shares some thoughts on the paper flower making process and also highlights some other flower examples from her creative community. Make some to use as corsages for Mother’s Day!
