Rainbow Scalloped Borders Layout

This lovely layout from Yarelys has so much color and texture that she created with a lacey scalloped border punch. Using a rainbow of colorful pattern papers she punched rows of them stacking them to one side of her page, layering lots of pretty flowers and sentiments over top and around her photo. This is a great way to think outside the box with a border punch!
