The new Ikea Kallax shelving, which replaced the well loved Expedit system appears to be just as fantastic for paper craft storage. Head on over to see how Jeanne S used two stacked ikea units to store paper, ink pads, markers and much more. Plus get a glimpse at the rest of her crafting space. This Ikea hack is perfect for scrapbookers. I mean look at all those amazing papers all layed out nicely. What an amazing storage system this would be for any scrapbooker right?

  2. what are the units called and where can we get them for the paper trays, ink pads and markers. Please trying to recreate this unit for myself I love it so much more than the pre made scrapbox units this is more what I need.

80’s Inspired Boombox Shaped Mini Album

I was a teen in the 80’s so this totally rad Boombox shaped mini album from Traci really speaks to me! She created a rectangle shaped black acrylic album with rounded corners, adding buttons and a handle on the top with a cover decorated to look like a real boombox with speakers, a tape deck, buttons and more. She used the Totally 80’s collection of products from Simple Stories that has lots of bright pink and teal colors with cool 80’s inspired patterns like black and white check and colorful graphics. There’s also load of fun embellishments like a Walkman, high top sneakers, retro TV, camera, hair spray can and more. 

I had huge hair in the 80’s and am embarrassed to admit how much Aquanet hair spray I used!

Traci has included her totally tubular signature flaps and pockets in the album too for some radical interactive elements too.
