Create this gorgeous rose cut out Valentine’s Day card either by hand or with a Silhouette machine, by using the free downlaod from Tinsel + Trim. Once you have the card front cut out, add colored paper at the back for a stained glass effect. You can cut the card in any color of your choice, then use complementary backing colors. No Silhouette? No problem! You can download a PDF for hand cutting too.
