If you have an iPhone this application might be for you. According to Mark Allenm the application’s developer, with Loupe you can select color swatches and add notes for all the inspiring colors you find as you come across them. Loupe is a pretty simple and minimal app, but uses some fairly powerful color algorithms to get the best and most accurate results out of the iPhone’s less than stellar camera. I was a teen in the 80’s so this totally rad Boombox shaped mini album from Traci really speaks to me! She created a rectangle shaped black acrylic album with rounded corners, adding buttons and a handle on the top with a cover decorated to look like a real boombox with speakers, a tape deck, buttons and more. She used the Totally 80’s collection of products from Simple Stories that has lots of bright pink and teal colors with cool 80’s inspired patterns like black and white check and colorful graphics. There’s also load of fun embellishments like a Walkman, high top sneakers, retro TV, camera, hair spray can and more.
I had huge hair in the 80’s and am embarrassed to admit how much Aquanet hair spray I used!
Traci has included her totally tubular signature flaps and pockets in the album too for some radical interactive elements too.

Nice, but after you select the color can you use it in a paint program? or you write down the code of the color and insert the code in the paint program?
