Come check out our newest product: Embellie Gellie at booth 3578.

We’ll also be using The Perfect Printing Pouch to stamp without bleeding in the Make N Take using silk flowers.

Embellie Gellie is the quick pick~n~stick for gems & jewels, buttons, beads, charms, sequins, punched shapes, confetti, and other small embellishments. After applying adhesive to a project, a pearl-sized ball of Embellie Gellie is molded onto the wooden wand. When embellishment is touched to the glue, it transfers from the less tacky Embellie Gellie to the stickier glue. Embellie Gellie is strong enough to pick up buttons and charms, yet releases featherweight confetti with ease.

Embellie Gellie makes it so easy to pick up and place those tiny doodads that we use to embellish our projects. Embellishing can be tedious, and often the embellishment ends up the in the wrong location. With Embellie Gellie, it’s simple to take a sequin, for example, and put it precisely where you want it to go.

80’s Inspired Boombox Shaped Mini Album

I was a teen in the 80’s so this totally rad Boombox shaped mini album from Traci really speaks to me! She created a rectangle shaped black acrylic album with rounded corners, adding buttons and a handle on the top with a cover decorated to look like a real boombox with speakers, a tape deck, buttons and more. She used the Totally 80’s collection of products from Simple Stories that has lots of bright pink and teal colors with cool 80’s inspired patterns like black and white check and colorful graphics. There’s also load of fun embellishments like a Walkman, high top sneakers, retro TV, camera, hair spray can and more.

I had huge hair in the 80’s and am embarrassed to admit how much Aquanet hair spray I used!

Traci has included her totally tubular signature flaps and pockets in the album too for some radical interactive elements too.

Visit the Artsy Album blog to learn more about this bodacious mini album project.
