I love this idea because there are so many variations you can do. The original tutorial from A Spoonful of Sugar Designs is for making cards using fabric scraps, but the way it’s done means you can totally use paper too! Plus you can use the technique to create custom titles for your layouts. You’ll need a printer and scissors, as well as for this one! So which will it be for you? Paper of fabric?

Autumn Tag Scrapbook Mini Album
This uniquely styled Fall Mini Scrapbook album project from Kathy uses products from Doodlebug to create a fun design to hold all your Autumn memories. The cover looks like a traditional album with pattern paper cover, layers of more papers, a cute dog in a truck die cut and some trees, all tied closed with ribbon.
But inside it’s actually a tag album held together to the back cover with a large O ring. Each page is tag shaped and stitched around the edges for texture and to hold the front and backs together. They are also decorated with fun patterned photo mats and coordinating printed embellishments. There’s even a fun shaker page too!
Visit the Doodlebug blog for more details and a video flip through of the entire album.
