Tarrah McLean die cut different pattern papers in a rainbow shape to create the background on this fabulous “You Just Shine” layout. On each section of the rainbow she pull up the edges and painted a similar color underneath and then layered lots of little stickers also in coordinating color all over for lots of texture and big bold color. The black and white photo is in perfect contrast to all the color.
