Paula used Collage Strips and other new products from Tim Holtz to create a colorful background for this vintage inspired layout, sewing along the edge of each strip. Near the center of the page she added a printed vellum dial, distressed metal frame and sentiment strip and decoupage flowers to accent the photo.
