Learn how to make these adorable kirigami hearts – kirigami is the art of paper folding and cutting – then string them together to make a garland. Each heart takes about two minutes to make once you have the hang of it. Grab a stack of your favorite Valentine’s Day papers, some scissors and twine, and have at it! You can make these garlands as long or as short as you like and use on walls or the back of chairs.
Last month was peak wedding season so this week I’m focusing on scrapbooking all those fabulous wedding memories. And today we’ll be checking out a fantastic Wedding Mini Album project so you can keep all the memories of that special day in one place that’s easy to carry around and show off to friends, family and coworkers.
Using the same collection in a mini album makes it so much easier and faster to create with no guess work on color scheme, pattern or style. There’s lots of florals, butterflies and vintage touches like postage, tags and tickets that come in sweet products like pattern papers, chipboard, foam stickers, rub-ons and more that coordinate perfectly together for a seamless design.
I really love the interactive elements she included in her album like flaps and pockets too!
