Tutorial | DIY: Heart Stamp for Valentine’s Day

 Craft up a sweet and simple heart stamp to use on your Valentine’s Day cards and projects. It’s simple to put together, but it will have a big impact! You’ll need craft foam, a heart image and some kind of support, like wood or even or cork. Aimee at Fancy Little Things shows you how she used theses stamps, plus shares a couple other cute ideas using another stamp made the same way.

80’s Inspired Boombox Shaped Mini Album

I was a teen in the 80’s so this totally rad Boombox shaped mini album from Traci really speaks to me! She created a rectangle shaped black acrylic album with rounded corners, adding buttons and a handle on the top with a cover decorated to look like a real boombox with speakers, a tape deck, buttons and more. She used the Totally 80’s collection of products from Simple Stories that has lots of bright pink and teal colors with cool 80’s inspired patterns like black and white check and colorful graphics. There’s also load of fun embellishments like a Walkman, high top sneakers, retro TV, camera, hair spray can and more. 

I had huge hair in the 80’s and am embarrassed to admit how much Aquanet hair spray I used!

Traci has included her totally tubular signature flaps and pockets in the album too for some radical interactive elements too.
