Tired?!

I am sure you do. Today is definitely one of those days for me. I am a mom of two small children who have really never had the desire to sleep through the night. They like to take turns waking up. They usually do not group them together, but work out their own times.

Then I am trying to get my body back into some sort of shape, so that my mirror does not cry every time I stand in front of it. I am doing this by doing TaeBo and Pilates, one every other day. It takes my body a
long time to decide it enjoys workout again.

I come to you tonight with a desperate cry for sleep, but a desire to spread scrapbooking knowledge.
What I have found for you tonight is a [tag]digital scrapbooking[/tag] tutorial. I must say that I have found it very helpful. It is simply and easy to understand. I love that. I was a teen in the 80’s so this totally rad Boombox shaped mini album from Traci really speaks to me! She created a rectangle shaped black acrylic album with rounded corners, adding buttons and a handle on the top with a cover decorated to look like a real boombox with speakers, a tape deck, buttons and more. She used the Totally 80’s collection of products from Simple Stories that has lots of bright pink and teal colors with cool 80’s inspired patterns like black and white check and colorful graphics. There’s also load of fun embellishments like a Walkman, high top sneakers, retro TV, camera, hair spray can and more.

I had huge hair in the 80’s and am embarrassed to admit how much Aquanet hair spray I used!

Traci has included her totally tubular signature flaps and pockets in the album too for some radical interactive elements too.
