Lisa used the new Glue Quill from We R Memory Keepers for this wonderful Summer layout. She used the quill in conjunction with her Silhouette electronic die cutting machine which drew the outline of the flowers in glue which she applied glitter to for a sparkly design around her images. She finished off her flowers adding color with shimmer watercolors.

I love scrapbooking “off the page”, meaning something that’s not on a flat common sheet of cardstock to go inside of an album and doing something really non-traditional! Well, this project from Aline really fits the bill with a scrapbook “page” inside of a small metal tin, it’s so cute and clever!
Using the Sweet Summer collection from Simple Stories she placed picnic themed pattern papers on the inside top and bottom of the tin decorating it with stickers and chipboard elements (that can fold down and pop up) along with a fussy cut photo to create a darling scene.
She also decorated the top of the tin with pattern paper, more chipboard, words and metal acrylic buttons, adding a sentiment strip on the side of the tin.
