Erica Rose used a stencil and glaze to create beautiful shimmer, texture and pattern on her scrapbook page background. Leaving the rest of the background white really lets the stenciled sections shine through! She added clusters and surrounded her 4 photos with fussy cut flowers and sticker embellishments to pull her design together.
