This wonderful Mixed Media Tag from Paula is perfect for Spring to add on a scrapbook page. She used dies from Sizzix for the background, coloring them with Distress Crayons and used Distress Inks to color the die cut flowers for a pastel watercolor look, adding some paint splatter over top to add to the vintage feel. She’s sharing a step by step tutorial over on her blog.
