Spring is Here Mini Scrapbook Album

Priyanka used the Simple Vintage Spring Garden collection from Simple Stories to create this wonderful Spring is Here mini album project. The cover has lots of depth and dimension with layers of printed images, chipboard elements and 3D flowers. The album is a folio style tied shut with ribbon.

Inside she’s designed unique and interactive pages with two waterfall sections tied shut with twine that can hold lots of extra photos and journaling. There’s also pocket pages, flaps and tags tucked into a band.

Each section has so much decoration, I’m sure you’ll discover something new every time you look at it!

I was a teen in the 80’s so this totally rad Boombox shaped mini album from Traci really speaks to me! She created a rectangle shaped black acrylic album with rounded corners, adding buttons and a handle on the top with a cover decorated to look like a real boombox with speakers, a tape deck, buttons and more. She used the Totally 80’s collection of products from Simple Stories that has lots of bright pink and teal colors with cool 80’s inspired patterns like black and white check and colorful graphics. There’s also load of fun embellishments like a Walkman, high top sneakers, retro TV, camera, hair spray can and more.

I had huge hair in the 80’s and am embarrassed to admit how much Aquanet hair spray I used!

Traci has included her totally tubular signature flaps and pockets in the album too for some radical interactive elements too.
