Smarty Pants Layout

I love the fun “Smarty Pants” title on this layout from Emilie! She die cut it from white cardstock, backing the open areas with pattern papers. The background is black and white pattern papers with a wave across the center and torn border across the top. Notice how most of the background, title and embellishments are tones of blue, black and white, this really pulls the eye to the colorful photo and makes it pop on the page!

If you’re not familiar with December Daily it’s creating a single album for each day in the month of December, sometimes finishing with Christmas Day but you can also carry on until the end of the month. Each page or set of double page spreads represents a single day in December that you can use to include photos and/or journaling for what happened on that day. Many scrapbookers create layouts and entire albums ahead of time so you can be all set and only need take a short time at the end of each day to fill them in.
