Scrappy Crafty Mini Album Project

August 29, 2025 by Heather Holbrook

Scrappy Crafty Mini Album Project

Earlier this week I posted scrapbook layout ideas to celebrate all the arts and crafts we enjoying doing in our lives, click here if you missed it. If you’ve got lots of photos from crops, classes, retreats, photos of your craft room or pics of you crafting by yourself at home or with friends and you need more room than a few pages then try creating an entire mini album. This fun album idea from Cheryl uses the Crafty Babe collection from Simple Stories. The cover has pink and white torn cardstock sewn around the edges along with a chipboard title and flowers.

Many of the papers and embellishments are inspired by Barbie with her classic silhouette and font with girly touches like loads of flowers, prints that harken back to the 60’s and plenty of pink with pops of black. Washi tape holds down photos and the pink pom pom trim works so well on the edge of these pages!

Black thread holds down papers and elements with more torn edges and lots of crafty stickers.

You can check out the entire mini album project over at the Simple Stories blog.
