Popsicle Shaped Photo Display with Free Template

Popsicle Shaped Photo Display with Free Template

Wow, how unique and creative is this 3D Popsicle Shaped Photo Display from Belly!? She created a template that you can download for FREE to create the popsicle shape from pattern paper and acetate. Inside she’s made an interactive element so the photos swing when it’s moved! There’s also stickers, real seashells, beads and more to decorate the mixed media display inside and out. What a fun way to display summertime photos!

Visit the Graphic 45 Papers blog for a tutorial video.

80’s Inspired Boombox Shaped Mini Album

I was a teen in the 80’s so this totally rad Boombox shaped mini album from Traci really speaks to me! She created a rectangle shaped black acrylic album with rounded corners, adding buttons and a handle on the top with a cover decorated to look like a real boombox with speakers, a tape deck, buttons and more. She used the Totally 80’s collection of products from Simple Stories that has lots of bright pink and teal colors with cool 80’s inspired patterns like black and white check and colorful graphics. There’s also load of fun embellishments like a Walkman, high top sneakers, retro TV, camera, hair spray can and more.

I had huge hair in the 80’s and am embarrassed to admit how much Aquanet hair spray I used!

Traci has included her totally tubular signature flaps and pockets in the album too for some radical interactive elements too.

Visit the Artsy Album blog to learn more about this bodacious mini album project.
