Organize Your Craft Space With One Trip To the Dollar Store

January 8, by Francine Clouden. Leave a Comment

Organization is always high on the list of priorities in January, to give us a good starting point in our creative spaces for the rest of the year.

It doesn’t have to cost a lot to get your scrap room organized, there are lots of simple and budget friendly ideas out there. Take this list of tutorials collect by Jessica for example. They all use items that you can find at the Dollar Store, or things around the home you can upcycle.

Organize your workspace to help promote a healthy creative space.

If your workspace is in chaos, you could be losing productivity. An organized workspace not only speeds up the creative process it helps you to think clearly and tap into ideas and creativity.  It’s not just about boxing everything up and putting it all into containers wither, The labelling process is just as important. It helps you to put items in the right places and reduces the risk of losing important items and expensive embellishments and tools. You can store almost anything in containers to help you stay organized. Make a list of the items you need to store or sort and their dimensions and head out to a storage supply store to find the perfect containers, folders and files for your crafting items.
