Intricate Diamond Background Layout

February 24, by Heather Holbrook. Leave a Comment

Intricate Diamond Background Layout

Creating detailed, intricate layouts isn’t difficult if you start with coordinating products. This design uses the Sawyer paper collection and stickers from Close to My Heart. Paint splatter was added to the white background and a simple diamond shape was cut from the different pattern papers using a Cricut, then adhered in rows across the background. Clusters of stickers were gathered around the photo as well as scattered around the design. The final project has lots of pretty detail and movement.

Travel Memory Cards Mini Album in an Envelope

Here’s a really fun and unique way to document your vacation and travel memories. The bases of these “pages” look like vintage library cards, each one decorated with pattern papers, cute printed stickers and dies and strips of gold foil, there’s even a clear pocket to hold ephemera. They fit inside a decorated envelope that looks like an International air mail envelope.
