How to Stitch Up a Cute Halloween Scrapbook Page

October 4, 2024 by Heather Holbrook

Ashly used the new Tricks + Treats collection designed by Paige Taylor Evans for this adorable Halloween layout. The background is pattern paper that already has the word Halloween printed on it in different colors but Ashley took it to the next level by adding hand stitching to each letter. The letters have faux sewing marks so she used them as a guide to punch holes and stitch with colors of embroidery floss that corresponded to the color of each letter for a tone on tone look. She added two sweet photos and on each letter included little embellishments or stickers. If your new to sewing on your layouts this is a simple and easy one to try out.

Watch her how to process video on The Cherry on Top blog.
