Halloween Tags Mini Scrapbook Album

OMG, how adorable is this Halloween Tags Mini Album!? What a cute place to keep all your Halloween photos and memories in, it’s easy to toss in your bag and carry around to show off to friends and family. Kathy used products from Doodlebug to create this project making little tags in different shapes and sizes from pattern papers and adding stickers, dies and embellishments to decorate the cover and pages. The album stays together with a metal “O” ring that’s also got a bakers twine tassel and Halloween metal charms tangling from it. To add some extra interest she also added elements between the tags like acetate and preprinted die cut shapes.

I was a teen in the 80’s so this totally rad Boombox shaped mini album from Traci really speaks to me! She created a rectangle shaped black acrylic album with rounded corners, adding buttons and a handle on the top with a cover decorated to look like a real boombox with speakers, a tape deck, buttons and more. She used the Totally 80’s collection of products from Simple Stories that has lots of bright pink and teal colors with cool 80’s inspired patterns like black and white check and colorful graphics. There’s also load of fun embellishments like a Walkman, high top sneakers, retro TV, camera, hair spray can and more.

I had huge hair in the 80’s and am embarrassed to admit how much Aquanet hair spray I used!

Traci has included her totally tubular signature flaps and pockets in the album too for some radical interactive elements too.
