Gingerbread December Daily Mini Scrapbook Album

A very popular trend in scrapbooking during the Holidays is December Daily. You can create pages or mini albums ahead of time with a section for each day in the month of December to add photos and/or journaling for quick and easy designs to document all the holiday fun during this busy time of year.

Jen used products from the Gingerbread collection from Doodlebug to created this amazing mini album. It stands up on it’s spine to show a Christmas window shaker element on the cover and when the ribbon is untied it folds open all the way to reveal 4 sections, each of which has flaps with tabs numbered for each day to add photos and journaling.

I was a teen in the 80’s so this totally rad Boombox shaped mini album from Traci really speaks to me! She created a rectangle shaped black acrylic album with rounded corners, adding buttons and a handle on the top with a cover decorated to look like a real boombox with speakers, a tape deck, buttons and more. She used the Totally 80’s collection of products from Simple Stories that has lots of bright pink and teal colors with cool 80’s inspired patterns like black and white check and colorful graphics. There’s also load of fun embellishments like a Walkman, high top sneakers, retro TV, camera, hair spray can and more.

I had huge hair in the 80’s and am embarrassed to admit how much Aquanet hair spray I used!

Traci has included her totally tubular signature flaps and pockets in the album too for some radical interactive elements too.
