This wreath layout is made from flowers that have all been fussy cut from pattern paper, wow! Zelda cut each one out by hand and arranged them into a beautiful wreath to frame her sweet photo. All that cutting might be time consuming but it would be a great project to do while watching TV, sitting in a waiting room or traveling and the results are wonderful.
