here’s another non-candy Halloween treat idea: pencil toppers! Download the free printable sheet from The Casual Craftlete, print, and punch out using a 1&1/2″ circle punch. Add a scalloped border, then stick to tops of pencils. Ta da! In case you’re wondering the glittery pencils came from Target. These would make great page embellishments too.
