I invested in these as my hands tend to cramp up very easily these days .
The hardened stainless steel blades (lifetime warranty) provides a sharp and durable cutting edge but most importantly is the cushioned grip (handle)Â designed for comfortable cutting.
The scissors have a spring action which helps with hand fatigue by gently opening the blades for you and a safety lock that keeps them tightly closed for storage (great when you are using an apron)
And you can adjust the tension to suit your needs by using the adjustable screw, though I have not felt the need to do this as yet.
