Transform your plain acrylic (or other) storage boxes with this super simple and super cute DIY. Get the wooden look easily using balsa wood pieces that you can pick up at your craft store. You can also use other materials like cork, patterned paper, or craft foam to update the lids of your storage boxes. Simple and effective! Your embellishments will never look cuter!

These storage jars are so easy to make you will get addicted to adding little wood tops to all your boxes. You will require some basic wood cutting tools to complete these boxes.
