DIY | Simple Papercut heart card

This is a simple, yet elegant paper cut card for Valentine’s Day.

Usually paper cut cards take hours or days to craft. This paper cut card can be crafted within a few steps. You’ll need easily available supplies like white and red card stock, basic crafting tools, and you can choose either a video tutorial, or a photo tutorial. If you don’t want to make cards, this technique will also work for making an embellishment for a Valentine’s Day scrapbook page.
