Roxanne created a wonderful background for this sweet Baby Boy layout. She used markers in blue and green to watercolor the base, then layered a lace edged paper over top. In the center is the photo in black and white surround by a frame of fussy cut blue and green roses and soft fuzzy animals that were also colored with markers. A few phrases tucked in around the frame finish off the design perfectly.
