Paige is one of my favorite scrapbookers. I love her style, the wonderful large die cut titles she creates and all the texture she enjoys including like stitching. In addition to her title designs she also creates her own lines of products and is constantly sharing new trends and ideas on Instagram.
Recently I wrote this over on the Card Making blog:
“Have you noticed over the last few years that many crafters and crafting companies have closed or stop using their blogs? As a blogger this makes me so sad, I love a detailed article on how something was created or how to use a new product or technique but I also know how much time and effort goes into blogging so I can see why many have moved away from it to other platforms and types of social media that might be quicker and easier to post on. It used to be blogs were the only places to go to learn about new product releases or to get fresh crafty inspiration but since so many are gone where can you go for new info, other than here at Craft Gossip of course, where we continue to share all that info with you daily :). One of my favorite places to go is Instagram. Most makers and companies have Instagram accounts and it’s a great place to learn about new products and check out lots of ideas and inspiration in a glance.”
This statement is of course also true about Scrapbooking and so I thought I’d share a list of some scrapbookers I love on Instagram. Let’s check out a current project and I’ll link to their page (click their highlighted name) so you can go check them out. Be sure to leave some love with hearts their posts, a nice comment and subscribe to their pages.
Traci is the queen of mini albums! All of them are so unique and special and I love all the interactive elements she usually includes in them like pockets, flaps and pop ups that make them so fun and different. She’s also amazing at designing shaped albums that fit the theme like this house shape.
I love Ashley’s soft and feminine designs with lots of florals, petite patterns and sewing. She’s also fabulous at mixing patterns and creating her own amazing backgrounds like this quilt inspired design, so pretty!
Rebeca’s layouts always have so many details and layers with so much depth and dimension, you could spend a long time just looking at everything she includes but somehow her designs are never overwhelming. She’s also great at creating cool borders on her pages too.
Jayma is amazing at creating double page layouts that work perfectly side by side in an album, flowing together seamlessly. Double page spreads are perfect if you have lots of photos to scrap or if like me you like your pages to be cohesive next to one another.
Becki’s layout are so heart warming with a big focus on family and friends. Her designs have a wonderful mix of retro and modern, always with fun or meaningful titles and there’s almost always journaling included, which I really appreciate.
Jackie’s layouts always have so many fabulous layers with lots of fun stenciled and stamped backgrounds. I love her use of tags, many of her designs have them for tucking behind photos, adding trailing twine to for movement or for adding journaling.
Allison shares a lot of amazing masculine inspired designs on her Instagram. There’s loads of action and boyish charm to her layouts with pages that have so much wonderful movement and she’s a real master at mixing pattern papers!
Kirei is amazing at including lots of photos on a single layout but they never looked crowed or too busy and that’s a real skill! She also likes to include a lot of texture and depth on her designs like paper tearing, distressed edges and thick acrylic titles.
Erin is another designer who is fantastic at creating double page spreads! I personally love how much stamping she uses on her layouts to create her own custom embellishments as well as cards. As a stamper myself I like seeing how versatile a stamp set can be for use on all types of paper crafting projects.
I so enjoy Kim’s color combinations and all the many details she includes in her scrapbooking! Her designs usually include lots of words, sentiments and titles with amazing backgrounds and so very many different layers.
Maria creates the most out of this world paper crafting projects from layouts, to mini albums, journals, cards, boxes and more. Her style is very detailed with lots of layers, college, mixed media elements and interactive sections.
I hope you’ve found some new scrapbookers to follow and enjoy on Instagram!
