Here Comes Santa Claus! It’s almost time for that jolly old elf to come down the chimney and leave presents so let’s created some scrapbook layouts dedicated to the big man himself, Santa. If you’ve got pics of the kids or pets meeting Santa, Daddy dressed up in a red suit to fool the kids or any holly jolly photos then Santa is the perfect addition to your page design. Let’s take a look at some Santa inspired layouts to get started.
Pop on some Santa hats for your photos to bring a bit of whimsy. Vicki created a winter wonderland scene with printed dies inside a large snow globe pattern paper for her page. She pop up the bow and some of the elements for depth added some string to the scene for movement. I spotted her idea on the Vicki Scraps Instagram page.
Instead of a layout you can include Santa on the cover of your Holiday mini albums like Andrea did for her tag album. He’s perfect on the front with a cool Merry Vibe title, colorful polka dot paper, a stack of gifts and snowflakes. Inside the tags have photos, sentiments and more matching embellishments. Melissa’s Holiday photos were in front of doors so she added a large door in between her two photos and a big Santa ready to be welcomed in. She’s also included several tags tucked behind the photos and some borders made up of Poinsettias, greenery and ribbon. Take a closer peek at the My Creative Scrapbook blog.

Wendy’s Santa Dash layout tells the story of an annual run where everyone dresses as Santa and she’s included two large acrylic sentiments and an ornament along with pattern papers, tags and clusters of florals. Having a Santa rubber stamp makes it simple to include him anywhere and in any color like Suzanna did on her sleepy kitty layout. Her fun border runs along the top of her photo with lots of round embellishments include a shaker element. I like how she added the title and journaling block directly to the photo! Anna used pattern paper inspired by the doors on an advent calendar, used a craft knife to actually cut them into doors and placed photos from the entire year behind each one, this is just so clever! Find all the details at the Paper Maze blog.
This wonderful grid design is part of a two page spread with one side having room for 6 smaller photos and the other room for two larger ones but still with plenty of room to include several cute Santas and a large decorated border that goes across both sides.
