Jackie used a large digital cut file of a pumpkin for the background of her Halloween decor layout. She cut the outline from white, backing it with subtle patterned papers. There’s also several tied tags tucked in among the photos and die cut leaves too. Take a closer look at the Paige Taylor Evans blog.
One of my favorite icons of Autumn is pumpkins, they really are the ambassadors of Fall. They come in many different sizes, shapes and colors, they work for Fall or Halloween, they can be carved, stacked and even cooked. Such a versatile vegetable can be used on all sorts of scrapbook layout ideas from fun and funky to elegant and fashionable. Today lets take a plunge and be inspired with some Pumpkin Layouts and paper crafting projects.

If you don’t have pumpkins try a similar shape like circles. Claire used a wide border of large overlapping circles backed with pattern papers, adding the pumpkin photo inside one circle. She added some movement with dripping paint and texture with puffy letter stickers, vellum and twine. I came across her idea on the scrappysoulmate Instagram page.
This beautiful Autumn page uses pinks and purples for a bolder color palette. There’s also lots of dimension from 3D flowers, chipboard elements and rub-ons. I came across this idea on Diane McClosky’s gallery at Scrapbook.com.
Pumpkin spice is the king of all Fall flavors so I love that this die Natsuko used included a pumpkin sitting atop a stack of mugs! The die fills more than 1/2 of the page with a couple of photos and journaling balancing the rest. You can find more about this idea on The Cut Shoppe Instagram page.
