12 Days of Christmas at Creative Imaginations

Every day from December 12th to 24th Creative Imaginations will be giving away a $25 prize package on their blog. Then on Christmas Day one lucky winner will receive a $100 prize package!

Each day we will feature a quick and easy card, layout or project with instructions just in time for some last minute gifts. All you need to do is visit our blog every day, enjoy the new blog entry and then post your favorite Creative Imaginations collection. We will then select a daily winner from each day’s posting. The prize will be a $25 gift package containing the winner’s favorite items!

80’s Inspired Boombox Shaped Mini Album

I was a teen in the 80’s so this totally rad Boombox shaped mini album from Traci really speaks to me! She created a rectangle shaped black acrylic album with rounded corners, adding buttons and a handle on the top with a cover decorated to look like a real boombox with speakers, a tape deck, buttons and more. She used the Totally 80’s collection of products from Simple Stories that has lots of bright pink and teal colors with cool 80’s inspired patterns like black and white check and colorful graphics. There’s also load of fun embellishments like a Walkman, high top sneakers, retro TV, camera, hair spray can and more. 

I had huge hair in the 80’s and am embarrassed to admit how much Aquanet hair spray I used!

Traci has included her totally tubular signature flaps and pockets in the album too for some radical interactive elements too.
