You might not think pink for Fall but the pinks with pops of purple and red really work so well on this beautiful botanical layout from Celes! Pretty soon the leaves will begin to change color and the weather will get cooler so it’s time to start thinking about creating scrapbook layouts with fall themes and color schemes. I love using botanicals this time of year, not just flowers but colorful leaves, mushrooms and even fall harvest foods like apples and pumpkins, they all work so nicely together to create warm and inviting Autumn Botanical layout designs.
Sunflowers are probably my favorite Fall botanical! This cheerful sunflower layout has pretty pattern paper layers of flowers, woodgrain and stripes with a wide fishtail center border. There’s loads of fun farm and harvest accents scattered and tucked around too. I spotted this idea at the Echo Park Paper Instagram page.
This beautiful botanical baby page from Jessica has warm, rich rusty colors of leaves, flowers and butterflies. She used a wavy ruler to tear paper for great texture, added some rub-ons and foiled the letters with no heat foils from Gina K. Watch her process video at the Therm O Web blog.
