This lovely layout has lacy cloud borders, woodgrain tags tied together with brads and twine along with lots and lots of fussy cut flower clusters cut from pattern paper. Several sentiment strips help break up all the flowers and pull the eye around the page. Visit Anita Bownds’s blog for more info.
This page captures the fun of a family selfie on the beach. I love the black and white with a bit of teal and little pops of coral! This design was created with a digital kit that has great faux texture like stitching, 3d flowers, splatters and patterned frames. Visit Anita Richards Designs blog for more details.
I’m loving the color combo on this Water Fun layout from Jana! Check out all the texture too from cool fabric die cut flowers and layers and rows of tags tied with twine behind the photos. She created a custom title from sticker letters and added some typed journaling too. Paddle over to the Jana Eubank blog for a closer look.
This simple page design features two large photos and has lots of color from pattern papers and dimensional chipboard words colored with gel crayons. Splash over to the Creative Embellishments blog for more details.
Wow, look at all the layers on this fabulous layout from Nicole! There’s a circle layer of tag paper over the background, ribbon, a large frame, lots of rub-ons, 3D paper flowers, die cut butterflies and so much more. She’s sharing a process video on the 49th and Market blog, click here to watch.
This pretty page has a unique look by focusing all the interest on opposite corners. There’s retro shaped sentiment blocks, photos and embellishments all clustered together over stenciled suns, with the title being the only thing in the center. Visit The Cherry on Top blog more info.
Nothing says summer quite like bold, bright colors and patterns and this layout has them both in abundance! Each letter is attached to a large label shape arranged to spell out the title paired with the small but tall photos for a very balanced design. Swim on over to the Doodlebug blog for a closer look.
Monique stitched a large rainbow die cut to a white background for the focal point of this colorful summer page. Don’t the colors work so well with the large ice cream sculpture in the photo? A title, and some labels for journaling and embellishments finish off the design perfectly. Visit the Pretty Little Studio blog for a closer look.
The flamingo on this fabulous layout is flocked for some amazing texture. She’s surrounded by fussy cut flowers on a background of black sunburst pattern paper which helps the pink to really pop! Fly on over to the Therm O Web blog to watch a process video.
I hope you have some time to get out and enjoy some summer fun in the sun and you’ve gleamed some inspiration for your next scrapbook pages!
