Not all things that you want to scrapbook are things that you want to glue or cut to fit your scrapbooking page. Envelopes are great ways to add things – just as they are – to your scrapbooking pages. Envelopes also add a sense of surprise for those who read your scrapbook, as they have to open the envelope to discover the contents.

Spring Garden Scrapbook Tunnel Album
Wow, how absolutely amazing is this Garden themed tunnel album!? On each page the open square frame gets smaller and smaller to create a wonderful tunnel effect.
Each page has beautiful floral pattern paper backgrounds and are embellished with chipboard tags and frames, golden washi tapes, tags and cardstock stickers, there’s even a few small interactive elements as well. The base and pages of the chipboard album already have the openings cut out so all you have to do is decorate and add your photos. A kit for this project is available and you can watch a flip through video over on the Graphic 45 blog.

I’ve always wondered about this though… This and any 3-d embellishments… what scrapbooks are ya’ll using that don’t have clear protective pages? Or do they really put stuff in envelopes then take out the whole page from the book? I can’t get it to work and make sense in my brain and I’d really like to because we have some cards I’d love to keep!
