Hosana’s Scrapbook

June 14, 2007 |

Today, I want to share with you the scrapbook I recreated for our exchange student. She left this morning to return to Japan and I wanted her to have something fun to remember us by. I thought of getting her an Idaho State something or other, but I thought this would be better and much more personal.

This is us plus two friends of our girls. Hosana is in the middle, if you did not guess.

This is the cover to her scrapbook. I just printed up what I want it to say on a piece of white card stock. Then glued it on.
I love my printer. It is so easy and efficient to use the printer along with your scrapbooking.

This was our first holiday with Hosana, Thanksgiving. I love contrast. I like to put colors together that compliment each other, but I also like colors give and take from each other.

This is Christmas with Hosana. Now what I did differently with this is I was able to stick a picture in between two sheets. What I had to do for the whole book was glue my pages to plastic cover sheets. Because I want to have dimensional embellishments, I took two pages and glued them to both sides of the cover sheets. This is what allowed me to put a picture in between the two pages. It was a great way to get an extra picture in my layout.

Well, I am going to leave you with these right now. If you have any questions, please contact me and I will give you information I have.
